How’s many calories would you say are in each shake ?

It’s pretty easy, just blend 2/4 frozen fruits with sugar and 1/4 hot water and ad 1/4 of cream or half&half and blend again. I used 750g of bananas and about 400g of water and cream each plus some sugar and vanilla syrup. It’s also yummy with frozen mango or red fruits
