First a viral gastroenteritis followed by a tonsillitis (Thanks body!) and I only started feeling better this week. It would be unfair to charge for this month after posting so little so I have paused my account for the next billing cycle and you won’t be charged on November 1st.
I will be posting again regularly in November so effectively October will be free.
The viral gastroenteritis was pretty rough and I lost 25lbs in 5 days. I’ve been able to eat normal again since the weekend and so far I’ve managed to regain 20lbs by eating almost constantly🐷 So I’m positive that I’ll be back at 560 very soon.

Thank you! A lot of it was water weight to be fair, I don’t think it’s possible to lose 25 "real" lbs in 5 days lol. But it was frustrating to see the numbers drop and I’m more than relieved to be back at 555 already
