I assume taking the stairs etc. is getting more difficult anyway? Is that something you enjoy and embrace or rather an annoying side-effect?
It would take allot of Fat growth? too make a active guy like you immobile or house bound. I think you could carry 600 lbs easily.

I walk a lot everyday and try to stay active (like taking the stairs and not driving everywhere haha)
