That's about what I think. I'm just think I'm a bit long-winded so I'm more afraid of going too long then too short.

I think you're doing fine with the podcast. Don't worry about trying to get the podcast the same length every time - or that you have to stretch enough to get to a target length. If it's 12 minutes one week, and 30 the next, and then 18, that's all fine. Quality is more important that quantity. Remember what Roger Ebert said: "No good movie is too long and no bad movie is short enough"

I'm actually not a fan of podcasts in general, it's just never been something I enjoyed, so the fact that I've been listening and enjoying yours is pretty surprising to me. They've been really interesting. :-)
