What this does:
Normally the game will only allow for 20 dropped items from drops and only 10 weapons dropped from your inventory. Patch removes that limit so you dont loose out on so many spoils while fighting

Yes you can drops some frames but it fixes up when you grab enough items

How does the game handle this? I imagine extended memory is required, but can it result in lag/framerate drop and such?
