Heyooo, I also have the same problem. I followed the steps and the game doesn't recognised the rpf's for some odd reason

The file *-FiveM is meant to be used if you are hosting a fivem server. To use my mods clientside you need a rpf archive which you can find in GTA V Remastered Ultimate v4.1-SP.zip -> GTA V Remastered Ultimate v4.1.oiv (open it with a ZIP program) -> content/dlc/dlc.rpf Unzip this dlc.rpf to %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM Application Data\mods and rename the file to vremastered.rpf The same goes for Forests of San Andreas North and South.

the FiveM version is for server-side installation which requires the files not in a rpf archive but in a directory. The rpf archive is part of the SP download (contained in the installer OIV). You can open these OIV files like a ZIP archive and get the rpf archive from content/dlc/dlc.rpf

how do i install these mods on fiveM? I downloaded the fiveM version but it doesn't come in .rpf

Do we need to also Install GTA V Remastered 4.0 as well as this for full map Coverage?

Using the OIV installer you don't need to uninstall any previous version. If you install it manually and had installed version 3.2 or older then you need to remove line dlcpacks:/forest/ from dlclist.xml
