They actually kinda like it. Executive positions can be stressful, but being a bunny? I mean, sure it may stress you out at first, but then you realize you don't have to make any decisions, don't have any serious responsibilities, and can get positive attention from just being there. And of course, rewards for good behavior don't hurt either.
