WOW Sha corruption idea

Sooo in wow theres a place where negative emotions taken on real form if felt strongly enough (im not a wow lore person so i may be off alittle)
but the basic idea is an adveture drivein by lust or greed some negative emotion brings in to being a sha by accident, and then is corrupted into a human version of it.
would realllly appracite some feedback on this idea. you Dolls like this wow idea?
