Patreon has zero tolerance for the glorification of sexual violence, including depictions of sexualized minors and non-consensual sex. This extends to any shota or loli content, since this type of content exclusively references characters who are minors. This also includes sexualized depictions of characters in distress.
This type of content cannot be funded by or linked to or from your creator page in any way.
Please remove any content from your page that violates these guidelines and let me know when you have done so -- if you have any questions during this process, don't hesitate to let me know! I'm happy to help.

This is a second instance of us coming under the scrutiny of Patreon's Trust and Safety Board; previously, in response to a temporary ban imposed due to our community policies violation, we had removed all nude pictures of Chihaya and Aya and all apparent minors to comply. However, it seems now that our action had not been enough, and we thus decided to remove all depictions of nude characters as well as apparent minors in underwater distress, in the event that they may be perceived as minors being subject to sexualization and/or glorification.
Our future creations will be in strict compliance of this policy, including our Cobalt Plus and Cobalt Premium commissions. We will also expand the subjects of the Plus/Premium tiers to non-underwater settings, so that requesters will have greater liberty in deciding on the contents of their commissions.
We kindly appreciate all our patrons for the continued understanding and support.

Well, would be interesting to see that art someplace. I noticed the art of Aya and Chihaya changing from mermaid outfits on DevArt before it had to be removed -- would be interesting to see the art that supposedly came before it, when they are modeling the outfits.

Maybe you should consider switching to Japanese platform? As far as I know, Fantia can make transactions to overseas banks and has multilanguage UI (by machine translation though)

Umm... Nude underage characters I understand, and frankly needed to go, but... What's this about no non-sexualized minors (i.e. everybody) in apparent distress? That's in, well, pretty much every underwater story ever. It's pretty much inherent to the genre. That would make 5 Minute Summer banned! So, does that make finishing Girl v Girl impossible? Along with the Mirchu story ideas? And Girl meets Girl is now unacceptable? Good god, will this require plot changes and forced character aging? I hope I'm wrong, but if that's the case, frankly, it's time to leave patron behind and go somewhere that actually allows this genre to exist.

I thought at the beginning that Patreon was a site where you cloud support art (and another stuff) freely like a democracy, but now it start feeling more like a dictatorship where if you don't have the same opinion as Patreon then you are not welcome. which I don't like
