Humm, riveted hull, designed of the prop and rudder... Looks like mid to mid-late 19th century. By the 20th century they stopped building them like that. Propeller design is relativity modern, so I'd date it c. 1865-1895. But with the important proviso that it still could be a wooden hull, they were covered in copper plating for the same period to prevent marine growth until modern anti-fouling paints were invented, but the plate size indicated by the rivets is much larger than typical copper hull plates.
