Without a designated breathe-up period, I’m sure the girls feel the pressure to take in the bare minimum for a breath and blitz down to the target without waiting for the other two divers to prepare. I would advise against that: take in as much air as you can carry, and only take the plunge after packing on top of that. I have a significant feeling that this will be our heroines last chance to respire, be warm, and see straight for quite some time. Hopefully we get to the action soon!
