Well one thing that he could do, is to hold Eri’s face as he is going in for a kiss. This would either make Eri nervous and possibly make her stop pretending as it’s getting to embarrassing for her. Or Eri would allow it while blushing, which would be a win win scenario. As either Eri would back down or Ken get to kiss Eri
