She would probably either share her own air with Saki. Seeing how Misao did the sacred ritual shown in the sanctuary 1&2. I think that she may be able to hold her breath near 10 minutes. So she most likely would have air to spare for little Saki here. The other option would be for her to cover Saki’s nose and mouth. And then help Saki swim to surface

And what is Dad doing I wonder? These days he seems to have grown a conscience and dislikes Saki’s underwater routine; when did that change? Also interesting: putting a young girl in a bikini. Nothing explicitly wrong with this, it’s a good bit of continuity, and the bathing suit does what it needs to, but why change to the one-piece with Misao?
