Harem Hotel's 4th Anniversary & an Update

It was Harem Hotel's 4th anniversary on the 17th of May! Thank you all so much for continuing to support and play the game :)
Harem Hotel's 16th major update will begin development soon. Look forward to the announcement post where I will list the new features coming to v0.16!
Oh, and I've been working on Harem Hotel's update roadmap which currently reaches to v0.20 (end of 2023). Some things may have to be moved around at some point, but I've created quite a big list of major features coming in the next 5 updates. Some of which include a farmable field in the garden, lust content, a usable cell phone, a strip poker minigame, training expansions, and even the next main character.
By the way, I have a question for you all. How do you feel about having an update where certain characters, like Lin and Ashley, don't get story for an update? This would allow for others to catch up a little more.

Well, any sort of scheme where Lin and Ashley get roughly half as much development as the rest until the rest catch up works, at least in terms of numbers. How that works in terms of plotline and story arc may be something else entirely.

Sure. Work out a fair rotation to determine which established girls get skipped over the next few updates, build that into the roadmap so you don't forget! You also have to make sure they don't go too long with no progress, either. Based on level numbers alone, maybe something like skipping two main girls per update, (Lin/Ashley)+(Kali/Maria/Android/Felicity+Emma). Meaning, over the next four updates, Lin & Ashley get skipped two times (not consecutively) and the other four get skipped once. Unless there's a scenario where Lin & Ash level together? That would force a skip of both the following update. Maybe treat the second set like a deck pick, no specific order, exhaust all then refresh. Autumn is never skipped until she's leveled up to match F+E 's relative levels (2-4 behind the rest of the pack), then she enters the rotation for skipping in the second group.

I think it's fine for some characters to not get story progression in an update. It's not realistic to keep adding story for every single character, and add new stuff at the same time. Redirect your efforts to higher priority things and make better use of your time.

To answer the question of this post: While I would prefer if all of the main characters still had progression with each update, as long as it doesn't break the in-game storyline/timeline too much, I'd be perfectly fine with certain other characters (including the side ones) getting larger updates to catch up.

A natural progression for Lucy might be to turn around the pizza restaurant with Lin's natural fresh pizza and sexy topless hostess costumes. "All the toppings go on our pizza's." She could later move into managing the naturist beach hotel.
