🕑 Added 2024-01-24 13:00:06 +0000 UTCTrying out a durian in Kuala Lumpur’s Bukit Bintang street market (100 Malaysian ringgit or about 21 US dollars each). I know there is a lot of presumption about the fruit regarding its smell, but when you have it fresh it is essentially odorless and tastes like cheesecake (I am not kidding:-))

This one is a durian. Musang king is larger but less expensive as far as I know. (Around 10 dollars each)

21$ is rather expensive, but that looked like a more "premium" variant. Is that musang king by any chance?

I love how this fruit is banned in some area due to its odor xD. I myself never ate or i forgot if i liked it or not, but its has very special taste ^^
