Seems like an appropriate exercise for a “non-breather”. I wonder if any of our Apnea Girls would consider training like this? If it’s hardcore enough for the end of the world, maybe it’s exactly what the Shrine Maiden, cousins, and scuba instructor need in order to push their limits.
