Chihaya seems pretty desperate here. My guess: she was already on the verge of blacking out and was heading up herself, but she’s good enough underwater to put off her needs to rescue somebody else. We saw that when she attempted to breathe for Ken too. Hopefully she remembers that and just gets Jun up.
