At age 17, Saki would be inaugurated as the true Priestess of the Island in the Underwater Shrines, which Tomokazu must attend throughout. First he must dramatically improve his breath holding skills - which Saki had already accomplished earlier in her life as the heir apparent to the Princess Priestess.

... and this explains why Saki isn't wearing her bikini. I am extremely curious about this Shrine Priestess setup, now. I was under the impression that only women were allowed around the actual ritual sites, but that appears not to be the case. If this continues as a series (and I believe there's merit to showcasing both sibling's development), then at what point do we see Saki introduce her brother to the deep water shrines, and if she's still a full two to three years from attempting the ritual, maybe we can justify a timeskip, at least for this particular batch of pictures? Please keep this one up, savaster!

Also so now it’s confirmed that Saki will become the priestess within three years. Seeing how she is 14/15 years old now, and will overcome any challenges to her destiny

This is such a beautiful showcase. That someone would do to a family member to make them feel how you would need to slower your heart beats. To be able to have a longer breath hold <3
