Was leaning towards a Satyr at first but he looked a bit big to be a Satyr so guessed Minotaur. :-)
I think so, I was originally thinking a Satyr, but he's a little... big. Maybe he's half satyr, half minotaur. I'll let you decide!

Intriguing peek into a world where female soldiers are fighting Minotaurs (I’m pretty sure it IS a Minotaur), for some reason. The rifle looks like it could be an M1, possibly indicating a WWII timeframe. Maybe a lost classic 50s monster movie on the late late late show that turned out to be way sexier than the station manager realized. Something completely different. Very cool!

Two great ones Andy! So did you have the costume at your house or elsewhere that you were able to study it? That would be great to actually have the outfit to look over as you work on the painting. Silly soldier, doesn't she know she doesn't have a chance against a Minotaur! I'm guessing it's a Minotaur?
