my personal hc is that he hates or despises men, most likely bcs of his father and society when he lived, and when he was human he didn't have dysphoria per se, he just didn't think about his genitals at all or much, since he wasn't interested in sex in general. But it was like, not his favourite part of his body? And when he became a demon who can shapeshift, he was like HMMM, time to get rid of that thing, anyway no one will ever know to mock or something. I kinda think of him like a misandrist who also has these feelings for himself too? Not too much, but some. And I think he has a womb here simply because he shapeshifted BY THE BOOK :D like, if you are making female body parts, make them correct, right? Old fashion classic
