how do i delete the dirt texture?? its changing my rain texture mod and putting dirt all over the cars

hello, I managed to install it in the root game, but in fivem it didn't work, it closes by itself before starting
same here and it's like its almost locked to 30 when i averaged 90+ fps with mostly high settings with NVR
