Poll Jan 2023: What should I expand next?

Of special note are sexy things that could occur in the Reform Institute, since I'm adding some little stuff there in the next release. They can get pretty weird, although I want to make sure to avoid a feeling that the Professor is abusing their position by manipulating patients.
Beyond that, I'd love to hear about areas that you think I should expand in the game! There are a few places where I could make a feature or an area a bit richer but have put it off to keep scope low. I'm interested in expanding one, so: Which of these features would you most like to see expanded?
