Poll Aug 2023: How do you play Ruin Me?

I haven't been putting as many polls up for you as I want to, even when I'm able to actively work on Ruin Me, and part of it is that I've felt like they need to be Good Questions about Important Aspects of my Work. As a result of these high standards, I'd hold off and only later realize how long it had been since I'd done a poll.
But putting my own brain problems aside: these polls aren't totally about the specific questions being asked. Your answers are often useful, but what are more valuable to me are the comments and feedback I get when the polls inevitably don't capture the whole picture. So I'm gonna try and put out worse polls, more often!
First, though, since it's been a while: tell me little things you want in the game. Entire play scenes and systems take time and care, and I'm still paying attention to those that have been requested (more watersports! more foot stuff! more Theresa being dominant! free use! more analingus!). But it doesn't take a lot of effort to add little things like ambiences, 1-5 line side branches in existing scenes, and other snippets. Part of being a Center of Attention patron is that you can request those: you don't need to write them yourself, just give me an idea of what you want. I'm also happy to add things to the cheat menu that you would find useful, if they're practical to accomplish. Let me know!
And now, my simple poll: What's your approach to playing the game? I'm sure I won't capture everyone's experience with these options, and you may find multiple ones match your experience, so please elaborate in the comments!

I selected the second answer - multiple saves for two different style characters - but I've also gone back to the start with both of those characters, so I could pick up new features and change a few choices to better fit the chracters.
