I'm gonna echo another comment I saw, because I had a funny idea. Please give him some ability to shift into a female form. Just so Harry can get a magical girl transformation on top of that.

Serafall takes several seconds to get into character, that of the leader of the devils who considers goblins as trash. After her preparation, she teleports to Gringott's where she waits for several nervous goblins. Things don't get any better when Serafall deliberately releases her aura to command fear and respect. Serafall: So miserable earthworm, you dare call me when I have other important matters like sorting my socks. Well, I'm here: speak before I kill you for bringing me here for nothing. Several seconds pass, each of the goblins looks at each other, wondering who should tell her the news. Finally, one of them closes his eyes and exhales deeply to gain a little courage. He steps forward fearfully and stands in front of the devil. Goblin: Uh... O noble leader of the devils, it is a great honor that... Serafall: Stop right now and tell me the reason for my visit. The goblin is silent because he hadn't expected this blatant disrespect. However, he knows he is in a weak position and must endure this humiliation. After a breath to calm himself, he speaks. Goblin: Your son came to our bank hoping to see his father, who is you. Serafall stares at the goblin's response. It shattered the character she was portraying, and her aura disappeared. Several seconds passed without anything happening. The goblins began to murmur among themselves, wondering what was going on. After a minute of silence, Serafall reacted. Serafall: DA FUK!!!????

This is certainly interesting, I've no idea why you made Harry have blue eyes instead of green though, Lily had green eyes and Serafall's are purplish pink. (unless you have only ever interacted with DxD via season 1 of the anime which was an animation error, similar to green armoured red haired Vegeta from season 1 of DBZ) You missed a trick when naming this fic, you could have gone with "You're not a Wizard Harry!"
