New Aero Variant of my Rover Shinobi Mod
🕑 Added 2025-05-07 12:35:44 +0000 UTCI don't know about your next goals in the game but for me Carthethya will be a very important addition. First because I'm already extremely convinced by her design (Oh, the frieren vibes!) and second because I love wind element in general. So I'm going all-in for a future premium aero team and about that, a lot of recent leaks suggested a Cartethyia (main dps), Ciaccona (buffer and sub-dps) and Rover aero synergy (buffer-heal). But thing is, I also would like my characters aesthetics to be in full harmony with their element and for that I need to update my Rover Shinobi mod. I know this new mod addition might not seems much but still is very important to me, so I thought may be it would for some too!
As you can see in the screenshots, I did all the subtil edits for new colors to revolve around her areo "visual fx" in combat. We can notice some cold light blue hues, a bit of bright cyan as well and surprisingly some yellow traces. And that's exactly the gradients I manipulated to create this version (without too much saturation on her clothes because we don't want a powerranger cliche here). Seeing the final result, I'm kind of proud to say her new eyes are a straightforward success! As for the weapon (thanks to Kuro generosity we all posess it), I honestly found its base design was lacking of contrast preventing use to contemplate its details. In that matter I've darkened several parts especially on the sheath but also federated all blues that were previously too different. Those "off topic" red jewels have also been replaced by half cyan - half blue ones by the way, and after a lot of testings I think it's now perfect to hold it with this new radiant rover shinobi mod aero version!
The mods have all been added or updated (if toggleable) on their respective posts. The weapon will be added on its own separate post.

Why are her in game eyes different from the picture?

You know what? YES. Because I'm the king of blondie characters and I feel like ahving a change on my rover F as well! I should have been labelled blond rabbit instead of white rabbit, but I'm not blond anyways. So I'm uploading it on the "base mod files" post with a little screenshot at the end if you want to see the result. This will be a manual installation, either follow instructions inside or go to the related tutorial. By the way this was not a little easy thing so it's the best I could do, it took me one full hour because that specific blond is really hard to pull up from dark haired characters... I have to operate something like 30 tones/hue/values/contrast/saturation/levels etc. transformations like a damn rubicube lol

Will you consider adding a Cartethiya blond version to this mod as well, for consistency?

I answered this question several times by the negative, mainly because male rover's 3D model got some annoying limitations. But I think you're close to be the 20th people to ask it so far now... I had a long thinking about it the two past weeks and I believe I might be able to do something for him. I converted my rover to male yesterday to gather ideas with future days passing by. So! Please be patient because first I would have to finish Sanuha and Ciaccona (at least). But otherwise yes, you can have hope from now, just allow me some time. Cheers!

I'll look into that. Could be something I missed, for exemple if there is a new eye texture taking the hand during a specific time. Thank you for reporting it mate! Starting tomorrow if I find the issue I'll update it

Hi! This mod looks great and it'll be on my rover permanently now :) - thank you! I did notice that when her forte is full, her left eye (the one with the aero lines coming out of it) turns back to the default color - is this normal or is there a way to make it not change color?
