Simple chapter 7.5 is the first half of chapter 8. It is a benefit for patreon of tier dark one or higher, those who don't want to wait until a chapter is completely finished. you can compare it to a beta test. Since some thing are still unfinished and texts can still change. But the plot itself is already finished and so I have more feedback to work with before chapter 8 is full complete. Tldr: its early access.
