I know, im kinda late, but i suggest fang-formed katar, more than knuckle, less than full sword. Considering combat skills that her Companion most likely use, allowing deliver deep painful wounds. Apex look and reference to her kin as cherry on top. Or... push-dagger, as cheap, modern (and easier for modeling) version of it.

We know for a fact that the MC cannot tap into the power of more than one Dark One at the time, and since that sword is capable of retaining powers from Dark Ones, by bet is a ring with power-storing capability, in this way the MC could be able to wield more than one power at the time.

going to try to think outside the box. instead of a weapon maybe it's a type of accessory that will have some kind of special property. So like a ring or necklace? Could be kind of cute if it was multiple rings that he gives to people he is close with. Maybe it has a specail property that would allow them to stay "connected" to who ever wears the rings?

Its a theory its been a while since I played the first 3-4 chapter. In a flashback the protag was in what I think was his childhood home where I think he killed his parents so I think its gonna be the weapon he used then or a look alike
