It Runs in the Family Chapter 69
🕑 Added 2025-10-23 14:36:50 +0000 UTCIt's a fun new chapter of my longest running series for everyone to enjoy! And this being chapter 69 and all is very appropriate as the climax for this story arc. In other good news I've been doing my best to write a little every day and it's slowly putting together progress. I'm still not back to my usual output but I'm managing 500-700 words most days so I should be able to get a story or two out for next month as well. And I'm only getting stronger and more productive each week so I should be able to get the big series back on track soon. Thank you again for everyone's patience and support while I've been recovering from such an intense injury. It feels great to be productive again. So enjoy some fun with Connie and the girls!

Wild to think this arc is finally wrapping up. I mean, it started back in Chapter 33 in 2019! It's been a fun ride but I'm excited to see this vacation's climax and how things will be for Connie and the Silva family once they return back home. It'll be sad to see the extended cast go after all this time (although I'm hopeful they'll stay in touch) but it'll be nice to have Tara and Naomi back "full-time". It's been an eventful and revelatory weekend for Connie and I'm curious to go back and compare how the dynamic between her with Michelle and Jane will have changed once they're back to normal life. This series and Falling are what convinced me to subscribe back in the day. Since then you've had some health issues and so have I (the hospital sucks, slow recovery sucks, the whole process can be painful, frustrating and demoralizing) but I'm so glad you've kept with it and still do what you can. Really glad to hear you're improving, hopefully after my next few surgeries I will too.

Damn love how this arc is wrapping up! Feels so lovely to see everyone just having fun and being so warm with each other. Especially Katie. Definitely excited to see how Connie plays with Michelle and Jane, especially knowing Michelle knows who Jane is
