Hook5 Extended Version

Maybe its just me but hook5 doesn't want to work with me, i tried to install it on a lot of game's versions and it's just like i did nothing, vanilla game launch... I don't know why because steps don't seems to complicated, like just put a folder somewhere... Hook has work just one time with the basic version and the redus modpack of the game but that goes wrong when i tried to put the extended version.. Thanks for help !

Hello, new guy here. How can I control shadow intensity? It's only possible to alter light, you can turn shadows on and off, but You cant make them clearer, or can you?

This is maybe a special request, but could you share some good megapack of mods, maybe even yours? It takes a lot of affort to get all the good mods on one place. I mean bodytextures, outfit packs and h5 rooms are the main thing. My game looks trash right now

I have buy and installed the Hook5 Version. After replace the Files and Hook5 Folder, I start the Game and this Error Message comes: DirectX Version 8 or higher is not installed or damaged. Location: RenderEngineDirectX8_D::InitializeRenderWindow Function: LoadLibrary("d3d8.dll") What must I do to running the game?

I'm getting an error saying the d3d8.dll is corrupted when launching V7.5. any thoughts?

With this release it means the hook will work without the key?

Как понимаю ключи уже будут не нужны. Поддерживать буду тебя дальше. Если уже на какие-то новшества идей нет, то допиливай уже сделанное. Ну там баги, ошибки. Мне критических багов не попадалось, но ты сам знаешь свое детище лучше и понимаешь, что где стоит подлатать.

А в чем плохая новость? В основном в хуке реализовано все что декларировалось и даже больше, есть мысли по оптимизации, но страшно даже начинать - очень много переписывать надо будет, но может решусь, самому хочется что-то сделать что бы поднять графику еще на ступеньку...тока хз что...

Это чертовски плохая новость. Альтернатив, к сожалению, нет. VirtAMate тоже альтернативой не считаю. Она выглядит по сравнению с хуком очень плохо.

I guess a key is no longer needed when the hardware changes? That would be very nice, I was worried I wouldn't be able to use it if I had to change something. I will continue to support you, I love fighting with this "game", it's much better than all the kids games out there. :-) Thanks for the good work and all the best, maybe I'll read you again...

Define unlocked, I can only assume this means it doesn't need a hard drive key to use?

"Once upon a time" XD XD XD I don't even know cry or laugh.... frist hook was more like joke, last one more like attempt to kill myself.... But game looks now different...
