caroline is on the money about the commodification of college and ai slop, as a current student i do not use it but i'm sure there are classrooms where there's next to zero actual thinking happening (though i think that the proliferation of ai hasn't magically made those it's just accelerated it, ai is adding to awful anti-learning trends that capitalism has been advancing for decades)
