I also for the longest time couldn't bring myself to the gym or do any exercise whatsoever. ive been passively depressed for so long and the idea of working out and taking care of my health in general just don't motivate me as well. but im so easily influenced by the media i consumed and i wanna be a ninja or a sorcerer so bad, like Will said, once i started to mask myself as some anime protagonist who is on the way toward greatness, im much more motivated lol
