Tracer WIP IV

There will be another WIP tomorrow(ish?) and it should be ready before the end of the week! Promise. :) Here's me implementing the jiggle physics I learned from the previous Tracer animation. I've added it to my base T-pose model .blend file so it should work on every future Tracer animation (and will work on implementing the fake physics jiggle in other future animations with other girls' models as well). This will be voiced by British Kass whose voice I think fits perfectly on Tracer. She herself mentioned being a huge fan of Tracer and IR so we have a win-win~ :)
