Apartment room tones. Your voice doesn't need a lot of foley. I'd say maybe a fire crackle if you want it warm. A gentle clock ticking if you want it cold. Either way footsteps on a wooden floor.

I am intrigued. I'd narrow it to rain. fireplace or countryside. If I had to pick one, I'd choose fireplace, closely followed by rain. Both evoke a sense of a comforting disconnect from the rest of the world. I'm a fan of binaural tones, but I know that it's an acquired taste for a lot of people.
I could see this happening at a bonfire party someplace near the woods. It could start with the faint sound of people talking and music, then fade into crickets wind and owls as they walk away.
