This might be a classic reach around, but "Bewitched Bunny" lives rent-free in my head. From Wikipedia: "a character resembling Prince Charming enters the house and kisses Bugs' hand. [!] Bugs wakes up and says: "You're looking for Snow White. This here's the story of HAHHN-sel and Gretel", and the Prince leaves, confused about how Hansel is pronounced." I've never understood why the prince repeats Hansel over and over. What's the gag?

Also worth noting that Elmer is often very attracted to Bugs in drag until his discovers he's a male. I'd call him the first TERF but there's no way he'd call himself a feminist.

Also, I'm sure you'll touch on this but there's some interesting gender fuckery with Tweety; He was based on director Bob Clampetts baby photos and named Orson on the first model sheet, he was and is considered a male character but is so cute and basically androgynous that he became WB's go-to character for merchandise targeted at girls.

Just to give you an alternative to Bugs, there are a few Porky and Daffy ones which show them living in domestic bliss together, positing an enemies to lovers story. (Porky and Daffy, Daffy's Inn Trouble) Also Porky is 100% in love with Daffy during the original Duck Dodgers short.
