This was foreshadowed earlier, when Moxy got a whiff of her sister coming home one time. But it still didn't fully sink in until now. Even in reality we have slang for the police - coppers, fuzz, etc.; but this seems a lot more..... intentionally derogatory than any of the terms I'm familiar with. I'm guessing the "sovereign supreme masterspecies" of possums aren't the only ones who use this term either. Side note: EMT humor strikes again!
