think the corruption mechanic needed some more work. It made the game on one hand annoying if two heroes went at each other in one corner of the map. On the other hand it got to easy since your party couldnt really die and you send in the uncorruptables to just counter the enemy to death. But i liked the corruption part coming from it. Think a cure item would do wonders :D

Okay then, scratch the "hard" part. But when you choose to go down the corruption route, and sooner or later run into enemy groups with 2-3 missionaries, each one of them spamming your units with their special corruption spells, the result is this: you lose control of your units for an X amount of turns. They can attack from a distance before you're able to range or melee them. And they keep spamming you even while you've lost control of your units, effectively keeping them mind controlled and making you, the player, utterly dependant on pure luck to regain control. Thus, a small battle involving 5-6 enemy units (consisting of the aforementioned 2-3 missionaries) can take a looong time. It. Is. A. Pain.

Kinda liked the corruption mechanics, but yeah, battles were hard and annoying, escpecially the missionaries. Overall, the game (small as it was) had too hard and annoying battles and no real reward to compensate for the effort I had to put in. Just dialogue, not even a single illustrated scene...I'm nothing but disappointed. If the creator decides to make something new and better based on this project then there may be good potential, but this game in itself was a huge letdown...even without the database corruption in the english version.

Anyone else finished the game (what is made so far) and thought how bloody annoying the missionaries were. They just made me waste sooo much time.

Making the game close entirely on ESC is a very dumb idea ... because i would presume that i can scrawl one menu back with it but then suddenly it closes like i hit alt-f4

Haha, that was what we figured out too, the download link has been updated with a savefile allowing you to skip to the second mission, sorry for the inconveniencing.

Recommend everyone get to the mission before the games glitches out. Then download the Japanese version of this game. Then copy your saves folder to it. Play the same mission again and when it ends then save the game at the next mission. Close the japanese version, copy your save folder to the english version and play from there. :) Hope that helps you guys out.

Uncertain future for this one I fear. I had a database corruption with TLDH once, and.. well, it sucked, you basically go back to the last clean backup, which, depending on how dedicated you are with it (usually less so before the wipe), might be weeks of workt odwn the drain

a'ight, bad news everyone.. corrupted database, the dread of a progammer. Basically.. I'm afraid there wont be bugfixes for this project, as Aggra rather wants to work on a new one.. than try to reconstruct the database.

The settings menu is all in Japanese so I might just have missed it, but is there a full screen option? or at least a resolution increase? The window is pretty small overall and the text is small too because of it.

Also, I just realized that there is some dialogue early on between Aoi and Lokerina. There was also Japanese mixed into their dialogue with Karina. I had no idea who they were, thought they were just a named shrine maiden and another goddess. Found out who they were later on, and then realized that it might have been a bug for them to show up earlier. Or not, because reasons.

Major bug: SPOILERS AHEAD: In "The Temple of Time", after the level "finishes", suddenly the dialogue is cut and you can hear the fight progressing in the background with nothing onscreen. Have tried it multiple times. No current way to progress that I can see. Besides that, game is great so far.
