About Pixiv's new regulations

The regulation probably can't track these files on discord if you use the link on the Fanbox. but for safety measurement, ask someone who knows.

There are people who use discord (like Kurohime) That display +18g and send them a link such as a Mega file. They also use some kind of tier list that is separated for those who paid or not whether they're on Pixiv Fanbox or Patreon. It will be a hassle to manage but it does work. I don't have the experience, therefore if you do counter someone who knows don't hesitate to ask.
