4:09 this music played in OG Naruto lol. I vividly remember it when Team 7 entered land of waves when they were on the boat. So nostalgic. They playing all the og Naruto osts in this arc if y'all havent noticed.

First episode kinda reminded me of episode 311 from Shippuden "Prologue of Road to Ninja", its a filler episode where everyone goes to the bathhouse and is actually in the bath, not cleaning it like in this Boruto episode lmao. But its one of my favorite filler episodes its so good. Btw y'all definitely should check out the movie Road to Ninja eventually, its amazing and it's similar to this arc.

Oh man, it must be so hard for Sasuke to see young Naruto and hear how much he wants Sasuke to come back and how frustrated he is that he's too weak to bring him back. Seeing and hearing that, Sasuke must feel so guilty. If you pay attention, you'll see that Sasuke almost always turns away from the others (Naruto, Boruto, and Jiraiya) and stands slightly apart from them. It seems like Sasuke has such a hard time looking young Naruto in the eye because of all the guilt. And when he meets the young Sakura, you can see it too. Sasuke is so afraid to interact with her in any way because seeing her probably tears him apart inside. He knows perfectly well that Sakura has suffered far more emotional pain because of him than Naruto did. He uses the excuse that he and Sakura are far too close in the future and that interacting with her would therefore be far too risky, but we all know that in reality, he simply feels far too guilty to also look young Sakura in the eye.
