As soon as the busty slut was slurping on the wizard's magically enhanced shlong the others stepped forward, disrobing as well and revealing beautiful form after beautiful form. There were blondes, redheads, brunettes, pale girls, dark girls, tall ones, short ones, bottom heavy, top heavy, there was too much to choose from.
Each drank a potion, growing even more desirable as the gathered Orcs were quickly drawn in to join the fun. Handed potions of their own, the Orcs quickly felt their nethers engorge to new dimensions as they began getting serviced by the wizard's magical acolytes. The Orc women too were not forgotten, as male underlings presented themselves, and some of the female ones drank rarer, special potions, transforming into hermaphrodites with massive cocks of their own that quickly disappeared up any available hole.
The scene quickly devolved into a mass of writhing, moaning bodies, thrusting, shuddering, and undulating together in a wet, sticky mass, the male Orcs expelling seed like they'd never done before as the humans offered their bodies up to them willingly for a change, experiencing pleasures they hadn't even dared dream off.
Eventually though the fun had to end as the potions effects waned, though some were so enraptured by the intense orgy they kept going anyway until their nethers were sore and tender.
That was what the wizard offered, pleasures they could only imagine, and if his experiments succeeded, they could grow beautiful as well. On top he was planning on making the changes permanent, or activated at will. They'd feel stronger, faster, tougher, healthier, blemishes on their skin would disappear, ailments would wane, they could enjoy lifespans like the Elves, wounds heal faster...
All that and more, if they stopped attacking and presented the dark, perverted mage with test subjects.
It all seemed too good to be true, and with the fantastic, mind-altering orgy behind them, something did feel off. But the benefits could not be denied, some among their numbers wanted to go back immediately, even considered becoming test subjects of their own accord. While the more mindful among them realized that if the mysterious wizard was as altruistic as he presented himself... Why the kidnapping? Why the attacks? And why so close to the capital? They hadn't even planned on staying in the area before he had started the attacks, they only stayed as long as they had to try and get their kidnapped friends and family back...
Regardless, after a council among the chiefs and their advisors they decided to stay, at least for the moment, and listen to the Wizard's demands. Some did indeed offer themself up willingly, those were never heard from again. The only evidence of them left a growing pile a deformed corpses that slowly began to permeate the lands with lust-magic.
They set out to kidnap others, outside of the immediate area to avoid attention from the capital. And over the years, just as the wizard promised, they felt their bodies change. More Orc tribes, having heard rumours of this place were drawn to the area, though misinformed foolishly gave themselves up willingly to the wizard. And all the while the lands around them changed. Soon the original two Orc tribes, now united, stopped having to bring in test subjects, the stream of new arrivals supplying the wizard with subjects aplenty, and they were not bothered by him or his beautiful followers. Something some would lament, but as they had grown strong and beautiful above their wildest expectations themselves, they didn't seek them out any more either. And settled into their new, peaceful life.
That was until one fated day, when on a regular patrol, some noticed the doors of the wizard's keep ajar, and inside... a slaughterhouse. The dark wizard in the centre of a mass of bodies, cleft in twain...

Aside from the smut and story I did want to at least add a teensy little lore blurb concerning Dwarves for this one.
Due to their chosen area of... well... living in, water can be rather scarce at times. You can of course collect, keep, and transport water, but people who know a little bit about water will now that still water, if sat still for long enough, can be rather unpleasant for your health if you drink it.
So in Dwarven society, fermenting to keep things edible and drinkable for far longer became common practice, for many a Dwarf the resulting alcoholic beverages are a symbol of good health, good luck, and prosperous seasons. As such they celebrate it aplenty, and have many a holiday reserved for its mind-numbing glory. In all such occasions, Ale-wenches are appointed, to be given the task to distribute the ales, beers, wines, ales, scotch, beers, whiskeys, ales, other assorted strong spirits, and... did I mention beer and ale yet? Among the celebrating Dwarves.
It is considered an important duty and high honour, and so appointed Ale-wenches carry that title with pride. And there are competitions between them to see who can carry the most tankards at once without spilling (though a few "accidental" spills over their chest are always appreciated). They fit 'em in their hands, carry them between their breasts, balance them on top, stack 'em, you name it, anything goes, so long as you do not use any tools the gods did not grant you themselves to carry them. This in turn has lead to "purist" competitions where, to avoid cheating of any kind such as tankards getting caught on clothes, the wenches perform in the nude.
And because those with large busts can balance the most between and on top, it is usually the bustiest Dwarven women who get chosen.
AND And because breasts are also closely associated with fertility and nurture, and produce drinkable liquids in and off themselves, it is customary for upon your first drink of the evening, to ask for a squirt of milk in your drink.
It is quite a sight to see.

PS: fun fact: the "second name" Dwarves carry is chosen for them by their most stand-out trait, and usually given on coming of age. You may have noticed that for the two prior their second names were double entendres, this entry is no different. See not only is her hair blonde ("gold"), but she also gives great ("gold") head! Fun right? She's very enthusiastic, trust me ;)

Well, let me offer you some clarifications as more is to be revealed in the future. You may have noticed that several times in the story I mentioned none of the male characters can quite measure up to our prince in the downstairs department. Because the prince was the wizard's latest and greatest success. He was also quite demented and it's very possible he simply kept subjecting his test subjects to increasingly dangerous concoctions to push them further beyond necessity until their eventual death. I also mentioned that he wanted the changes activated at will, and though the prince's condition seems to be permanent, and the Orcs and local villagers are as well, at least so long as the magical runoff of his experiments continue to pollute the water and soil they're living off, none of them can really switch it off. ;)

...I wonder why the wiz needed test subjects all the time if he'd already cracked making everyone into gorgeously-sexual studs and/or beauties?
