Ending discussion hit close to home. My mom constantly shot down my dreams of being an animator. 3D animation was my passion in highschool. Its all I would do in my free time. Best in my animation class. She got me to the point to where I lost all intrest in it and went to school for what she deemed would make me "succesful". I felt like I had to do what she wanted because she was paying for my tuition. Nothing but miserable in college.
