The heroes are from the same Earth just different places. The only people who are from different Earths are the Invincibles and technically Angstrom. The Angstrom that's from the same Earth as the Mark we've been watching was a good guy until his mind was overpowered by the others who were more hate filled

And yeah yeah, miss Tasha was right. That few episodes that we got of Eve explained that she was created to be able to do anything….do alter atoms at a molecular level. (Think Scarlet Witch) But they (the scientists) realized that giving a human this much power was wrong, so they put in subconscious, mental blockers on Eve when she was still young and learning her powers as a kid….and that limiter was the lie to herself that she can’t affect, alter or create organic materials…her powers can only affect non organic materials. When in reality….she can do anything she wants.

It was said in the special that Eve can't do living organic matter. It was a mental block programmed into her when she was being modified prior to her birth. Supplemental to that: Rex, in fact, has the same limitation which is why he couldn't just blow up Gogglesvincible. His skeleton, however, has a bunch of inorganic matter running through it to let him use his power. Eve, meanwhile, actually did temporarily overcome her mental block at the end of the special when she healed herself and erased the memories of the two pursuing her.
