Yeah, though admittedly when I was developing Karen she was originally just meant to be a "what if" you mixed Inque from Batman Beyond and Plastic Man, and made her a hot brunette. Nevertheless Madam Rouge is definitely in there some where on my list of inspirations for my Girls. ;)

I believe rouge is very similar to Karen , she has a liquid body that can be manipulated through thought alone
