At this point the most realistic thing we can think of is a mass of reprogrammable stem cells controlled by a consciousness spread out through the body

But to be frank , me and a few others like watts and coaster have discussed at length how elastic or malleable powers would work and we always get a headache at the end 😅

I can get that realistic idea from your valentines snippet where Melissa muses on why Karen’s powers seem so much more developed than alexia’s by thinking about Karen’s proximity to the “event”

In particular the far from home spider man movie tales it to the logical extream

To me the mask feels more like “it’s magic so stop asking” while marvel actually tries to explain how their heroes powers work to an extent

Yes, kinda like think about Marvel super powers vs. Something like "The Mask" there both approaches to something impossible, but feel vastly different. 😉
