You guys are missing the point with respect to people returning to factories. It’s not about the type of job. Americans aren’t allergic to any type of job. It’s really about being able to earn enough to live the “American Dream” for most of us. These factory jobs will only be heavily boxed out by automation. It won’t be this glorious return to post WWII America like people are dreaming of. Automation will not go backwards, to lower costs robots will replace most of the people
