When you build a residential complex your required to provide local post service with access keys to mailbox rooms, secondly they have a key that unlocks all the boxes at the same time they don’t have a master key for all the boxes themselves separate mechanisms like a safety deposit box and lastly for Mark lockpicking is illegal you can only hire a locksmith to unlock something that belongs to you, if you are staying at a friends house and lock yourself out a locksmith will not be able to let you in & if you lock yourself out of your car and your wallet is inside they will require you to show them ownership and ID after picking the lock or call the police on you
