It's also the main reason I was a dirty alcoholic for many years. Doing drugs and drinking helps so much until you're sober again and unfortunately you just can't stay fucked up long enough to never feel it and it ultimately makes it so much worse. So either be a junkie or go to the doctor I guess

Schulz, I've been dealing with that not-being-able-to-breathe thing for a decade now. I'm convinced it's stress/anxiety but it's weird the way you won't really logically be stressed but your body is shouting at you that you're stressin because it won't let you get a full breath. And then sometimes when you're feelin good or drunk you're breathing fine! And you forget about it and then it comes right back in all the more important moments. It sucks dick but it gets better and hopefully yours is just a bad nasal thing and it goes away. And doctors are NO help.

It just takes some soapy water and sticks to the window and bada bing bada boom, darkness. Easy just look that shit up on Amazon
