Mark is retarded in the same way as me, I was 22 before I realised I should treat action movies like fiction fantasy. I still can't watch drama, it makes me angry, movies that come across serious but are unrealistic make me angry, intentionally cringy comedies make me so vicariously embarrassed I physically can't watch them.. I'm going to take a stab and say You mustn't have read the books because I legit feel like they violated my memory of that fucking amazing story. I love those books mate, so much that I've gone back and re-read the whole series (7 or 8 books) again and again Approx once every year or two for the last Decade. The last time I went back and read it through.... Nothing was different but nothing was the same. It felt genuinely sullied. Because I had tried to give the screen adaptation a solid go. In fact, I was desperate to like Anything about it. But it was just Shades of really disrespectful and disappointing. It's like this right: Say Years after the fact, I managed to reconnect with and then bang this Stunna of a surfer chick I used to have a crush on in highschool. One of us will booty call the other on average once a year. And it's always the highlight of my month . 50% of the experience is something like the teenage perspective of me living vicariously through me now.. lol.. You know, like it's hardcore nostalgically hot to fuck The baddest chick in my highschool. But I found out some pertinent information 2 days before I last hooked up with her. Via a video on my friends phone. Long story short, since I last spoke with her she' all of a sudden been selling her body for Crack money. She's still super hot, and It was a legit bucket list item for me the first time 🤣, banging my teenage crush the hottest chick in a Hundy KMs . While we're both still young and she's still a smokeshow. But it just feels tainted. I just can't get it out of my head. I'm not a prude, or an ego-mainiac who expects a girl to not have a history.
