djkvkdfj good question! His wings specifically are more like a silky cape type thing, so they don't tear easily but are very malleable (they can technically harden but he doesn't use them for flying at all). The main issue is that they're a bit heavy compared to the rest of his body and can be ripped off at the back joints easily so he just needs to make sure they're not tugged at
