Well the balloon starts with -1 holes because if you prick it (and it doesn't explode) the remaining piece of rubber has no hole in it. If you push all the way through, you intereect the rubber twice and therefore, zou end up with one hole.

Clint's take on holes is similar to my take on the half empty half full conundrum; it depends. If a glass was filled half way and left alone, it is half full. If a full glass is drained halfway and left alone, it is half empty.

wish I could see your faces as you tried to sense things! Try this - what do you do with your lips withn you poop? My issue is, I still want to call one an anus and another lips, don't care which came first. Being so connected is facinating and I want to learn more but I don't want to call myself a poop spitter. :D
