I am particularly fond of High Elves as they were my very first Warhammer army, so I will try my best to do them justice.

I am extremely excited to see High Elves added to the list. I have been trying to build a High Elf army for quite some times, but its extremely difficult to obtain rank and file style models for them. Elves remain oddly unpopular in comparison to things like Undead Egyptians, Lizards, and Dwarves.

That is an excellent idea; and because I started with some Halloween content, I could add more bonus Witch models.

I can see how that makes complete sense, especially relating to not overwhelming new supporters. It's also really encouraging to hear you are still considering adding these unique and characterful miniatures through some other mechanism. Perhaps you might consider doing something special for the 1 year anniversary as well

I think I have now enough "Loyalty Reward" miniatures. More than that and it may start to get overwhelming for new supporters to collect all (you need 8 months to complete the set). However I will continue to add more original models (like you said not constrained to a particular release) in a different format, possibly by expanding the "Welcome Pack" (like this month's Dark Valkyries).

I wouldn't be too hasty to discard demons, after all people seemed to like the succubi with the warlock, and while there were very few comments (if any) asking for high elves they were the most popular in the poll. With that said I think you've got a solid 4 month plan going forward, and potentially doing another poll or similar at that point might shed some more light on what people like. Also I'd suggest that whilst asking for supporters opinions is important, the best material will come from you creating the themes you want to create. If there are particular releases you are passionate about then don't be afraid to make them. Also a quick question, are your intending you continue loyalty rewards on a month by month basis, or do you think it might shift in release window? Personally those loyalty rewards add really interesting and novel ideas that aren't constrained to a single army or theme.
